Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of adloop (adloop.inautomode.com). By creating an account you agree to them.
1. The service
adloop analyzes your social media content and advertising data, learns from your performance, and generates ad recommendations and scripts. AI outputs are suggestions — you are responsible for reviewing them and for any ads you publish.
2. Your account
- You must provide a valid email address and keep access to it secure.
- You may only connect social and ad accounts that you own or are authorized to manage.
- You are responsible for complying with Meta's platform terms and advertising policies for any account you connect.
3. Plans, credits, and billing
- Free (trial) and paid tiers are described on the pricing page. Limits (videos analyzed per month, generation credits) are enforced automatically.
- Paid access runs for 30 days per payment via Duitku (IDR), or as a recurring subscription via Paddle (USD) where available.
- Credits reset/are granted on payment and do not roll over unless stated otherwise.
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Acceptable use
- No unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content.
- No attempts to access other workspaces' data or to disrupt the service.
- No reselling of the service without our written consent.
5. Intellectual property
Your content remains yours. Generated scripts and analyses for your workspace are yours to use. The adloop software, brand, and models of operation remain ours.
6. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee advertising results, ROAS, or platform approval of your ads. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
7. Termination
You may stop using the service and request deletion at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Sections that by nature survive termination do so.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
